Fame Kennels & Training Academy

Fame Kennels offers two types of training: private sessions and board and train programs. Private sessions are 1-hour weekly or bi-weekly lessons with homework and skill recap, covering basic to advanced obedience. Board and train programs range from 2 to 6 weeks, with puppies starting at 2 weeks and adult dogs progressing to advanced off-leash reliability. Training includes on-leash skills, recall, stay, heel, and place commands, with off-site proofing for advanced programs. All programs include weekly photo/video updates and lifetime support.

Pricing Summary

Private training: $125 per session, $400 for 4 sessions, $600 for 6 sessions, $175 for in-home sessions. Board & Train: $1250 for 2-week puppy preschool, $1750 for 2-week basic, $2500 for 3-week basic and advanced, and custom pricing for 4-6 week behavior modification programs. All board and train programs include lifetime support and follow-up sessions.

Policies

Owners must bring their dog’s food individually bagged, current vaccine records uploaded or emailed, medications in original bottles with instructions, and a martingale or flat collar with a 6-foot leash. Soft beds are not allowed. Dogs without current vaccination records will not be accepted. A booking system through the Pet Parents Portal App is required for all reservations.

She has over 20 years of experience training animals, beginning with horses in disciplines like Barrel Racing and Reining before transitioning to dogs.

How to Get Started!

Prospective clients must click a BOOK NOW button to access the online booking system, create a profile, upload their dog’s vaccine records, and schedule their dog’s start date. For board and train programs, clients must complete the puppy questionnaire if purchasing a puppy. Follow-up sessions and lifetime support are included after training completion.
