Kris worked with my four month old Australian shepherd and completely transformed his temperament and obedience. She puts a heavy emphasis on teaching the owner, which has been extremely important considering I’m with my dog every day while Kris is there for weekly sessions. She set clear goals with me to work on weekly with my dog and helped me to understand/fix some of the things I was doing wrong with my dog. 10/10, would be my trainer of choice to recommend to anybody in the area.

We adopted a rescue dog “Lucy” recently and she has been doing very well with training and has settled in well. We felt that a private lesson come assist us in improving our training and enhance our lives with our new dog. We had a lesson with Kris yesterday and found her to be delightful and extremely knowledgeable. My family originally scheduled for our puppy to be trained and to gain some help with potty -training our pup and it was the worst decision we made with this company . The trainer (female) came into our home and essentially did her job until she made two rude comments . One comment was when she was explaining how to use the crate effectively and efficiently. She stated that we must crate our puppy and it helps to play music to calm them and drown outside noise so they won’t bark . She then looks at my African -American family and says, “no hip hop or rap music ” with a chuckle. We don’t listen to that music as we are believers in Christ and only play positive music especially around two young children . She then makes another UNNECESSARY comment about my two children . As they’re playing in the hall with two nerf guns and blocks she says , “if those need bullets hit me , I won’t be to happy about it ” and then gives us a diatribe about kids play in her yard and a need fun hit her dog . Not only do I feel as though we as a family waisted time and money but waisted space where my kids could play but rather moved them in their home away so she can have the space and time she needed . As an educator in the East cobb area and an esteemed member of East cobb I am embarrassed, angry , and feel like I’ve waisted my time. The only reason I have two stars was because she was timely and some what knowledgeable on dogs .
