I’m a first time dog owner but my parents had both their Rhodesian ridgeback (12 years ago) and Great Dane (five years ago) go through Kelly’s basic obedience training and six years later they still get complimented all the time for their good behavior. I came in with my rescued pittie, Coal, and by the end of the seven weeks was astounded by how much he learned. Kelly breaks things down into easy parts, she fosters a positive environment, and knows how to work with all kinds of dogs- anxious, reactive, excited, etc. Going forward, I feel confident in my ability to control my dog and that he’ll listen. A wonderful service to learn more about your dog and to get necessary training to manage expectations! Kelly is clear, blunt and to the point in the approach to obedience! Kelly’s approach works and with lots of love and praise. The training is good and the practice in-between sessions is the payoff. 10 minutes a day on a couple of tasks and you will notice a greater response from your dog. We will train with Kelly in the future.
