The Board & Train program is an intensive 2-4 week boot camp designed to provide dogs with consistent training, exercise, and mental stimulation. Services within this program are custom-tailored and can include foundational work (basic commands like sit, down, implied stay, heel, place, recall), behavior modification (correcting issues such as leash pulling, fear responses, reactivity, and aggression), and advanced off-leash training. The program concludes with a mandatory training session for the owner and dog to ensure the owner can maintain the training at home.

Henrique’s unique background includes martial arts instruction and a Computer Science degree with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. He applies his understanding of how machines learn to dog training, merging his fields of interest to develop effective training techniques. He also maintains a YouTube channel to educate others on dog training.

Accomplishments

Henrique adopted Zeus in 2018, who suffered from anxiety and PTSD, exhibiting aggressive tendencies. Henrique spent years researching dog training methods and solutions to modify Zeus’s aggressive behavior. He has expanded his efforts to other dogs through Florida Canine Center and a YouTube channel for education.

Henrique has a martial arts background, having taught Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to adults and children. He also holds a Computer Science degree with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning from the University of Central Florida. He applies his understanding of how machines learn to dog learning.
