G2 Barn Hunt

G2 Barn Hunt offers barn hunt classes multiple times a week and private lessons. Lorri Griffin also provides seminars. The training focuses on understanding and enhancing a dog’s natural hunting drive for the sport of barn hunt.

Lorri Griffin is a premier barn hunt trainer who operates G2 Barn Hunt. She has achieved numerous titles through the Championship level (RATCHX101) with her own dogs, Flea (American Staffordshire Terrier, RATCHX108, #1 Am. Staff. Terrier in Barn Hunt) and Tig (Rat Terrier, RATCHX26, #1 Rat Terrier in Barn Hunt). She also trains client dogs, such as Luke, a Border Collie who retired as the #1 Border Collie in Barn Hunt in 2017.

She is dedicated to bringing out the best in all types of dogs, specializing in figuring out what makes them hunt and gets them excited to “Get that Rat.” In addition to training, Lorri Griffin owns and operates a rattery, breeding performance barn hunt rats, and works as a chief rat wrangler, supplying quality rats for trials.

Lorri Griffin is a premier barn hunt trainer with numerous titles through the Championship level (RATCHX101). Her dog Flea has RATCHX108 and is the leading dog in Barn Hunt and the #1 American Staffordshire Terrier in Barn Hunt. Her dog Tig has RATCHX26 and is the #1 Rat Terrier in Barn Hunt. She also trained Luke, a client’s Border Collie, who obtained RATCHX12 and retired as the #1 Border Collie in Barn Hunt in 2017.

Lorri Griffin was the 2016 recipient of the Barn Hunt Association Rattie Award and the 2023 recipient of Trial Secretary of the Year with the Barn Hunt Association.
