Geaux Fetch offers four main intensive programs: Day Training (2 or 4 weeks, drop-off/pick-up daily), Leash Free (3 weeks, full-time boarding), Leash Free Plus (4 weeks, includes home manners), and Live with the Trainer (4 weeks, dog lives with trainer). All programs include off-leash commands, recall, heeling, sit/stay, and behavior correction. Each concludes with private owner sessions to transition training to the home environment.

Pricing Summary
Training packages range from $800 for a 2-week on-leash day training to $2600 for a 4-week Live with the Trainer program. Leash Free course is $2000 (3 weeks), Leash Free Plus is $1800 (4 weeks). Pricing includes full-time boarding, facility access, field trips, and private follow-up sessions.

About the Trainer
Geaux Fetch Obedience Academy, led by Eric Babin with over 35 years of dog training experience, offers professional obedience training services in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Eric has trained retrievers, bomb detection dogs for the USMC, and service dogs for Veterans with PTSD, bringing a high-standard, proven methodology to every client. The academy provides multiple training formats including board-and-train, day training, and in-home sessions, with a focus on teaching owners how to maintain their dog’s training long-term. Facilities are clean and secure, with a 3200 sq ft training space and a half-acre fenced yard. They also sell dog training equipment through their Preaux Shop as an authorized Dogtra dealer.
Their programs target common behavioral issues like leash pulling, jumping, recall failure, counter surfing, and potty training. Training is tailored for most breeds and all life stages, from puppies to adult dogs. Clients receive follow-up support and private sessions to ensure success at home.
Geaux Fetch is an AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator and a member of the Ascension Chamber of Commerce, reinforcing their credibility and community involvement.
