Get MOORE Training offers comprehensive Obedience and Retriever training programs. Obedience training focuses on essential commands like “here,” “heel,” “sit,” “no,” and “kennel,” aiming to eliminate behaviors such as jumping, puppy biting, and running away, ensuring dogs respond reliably even with distractions.

Retriever training is structured into progressive levels: Puppy, Novice/Beginner, Seasoned, and Finished. Puppy sessions introduce early socialization to various stimuli like loud noises, birds, boats, and gunfire. Novice/Beginner includes obedience, force fetching, and retrieving single birds on land and water while being steady to gunfire. The Seasoned level advances to retrieving multiple birds at greater distances and introduces blind retrieves using whistle and hand signals. The Finished level trains dogs to be highly proficient “hunting machines,” capable of retrieving multiple birds up to 150 yards, executing smooth blind retrieves, and honoring other working dogs. Additionally, they offer Master Level Training for AKC Hunt Tests, honing advanced retrieval, marking, and blind handling skills, and Master National Preparation for elite competitors, focusing on fine-tuning performance for complex scenarios.
