Pricing Summary

For facility rentals: Individuals/Training Groups pay $20 per hour for one dog/handler, plus $5 per hour for each additional dog/handler. Clubs renting for individual breed or small obedience/rally trials pay $150 per day plus a $50 bathroom clean out fee; insurance riders are required. Payment for individuals/training groups is via cash or check in an envelope dropped in a rental box, with checks payable to Golden Rule School for Dogs. Clubs should contact Sandi to arrange payment.

Policies

For facility rentals, rental requests MUST be submitted via the Contact page. For individuals/training groups, payment is placed in an envelope with name and time used, dropped in a rental box, and logged in a Rental Log Book. For clubs, contact Sandi to confirm and arrange payment. Users are reminded not to leave vehicles idling, to turn off ceiling fans, adjust thermostat back down, clean up after dogs, and not to use certain crates. Puppies under 12 weeks are brought in at owner’s risk.

Sandi Ver Sprill, the owner and head trainer, has 35 years of dog training experience and has successfully competed in agility, competitive obedience, rally obedience, and scent work with various breeds. The facility itself is a 80′ x 40′ training building with anti-fatigue rubber matting, fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort, and includes full-service indoor bathrooms.

The facility and surrounding outdoor grounds are also available for rent to clubs, training groups, and individuals. The school emphasizes a comprehensive approach to dog training, aiming to meet all a dog’s needs under one roof.

She has successfully competed in agility, competitive obedience, rally obedience, and scent work with various breeds including Golden Retrievers, Shetland Sheepdogs, a Rottweiler, a Flat Coated Retriever, a Labrador Retriever, a German Shorthaired Pointer, Stabyhouns, and a Jack Russell Terrier.
