Dog Training Methodology
Golden Valley Kennel Club sponsors regular conformation and obedience classes. Obedience classes focus on teaching basic commands such as sit, stand, down, walking at heel on leash, come, and stay.
They also conduct Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) tests, which are a one-time pass or fail set of ten tests designed to demonstrate a dog’s confidence and control, open to all dogs regardless of breed.
