Testimonials

Great experience with Patty at Good Dogs Obedience. Our ~4 year old 70lb Border Collie/Lab rescue was not good on leash and was bared-teeth reactive when getting introduced to other dogs. The dog had not had a lot of exposure to living in a home – she’d lived on the street in Texas.
Patty was patient and gave us insight into dog’s body language and behavior signs to look out for. She gave good instruction on consistency and practice, so the dog would know what is expected (since it’s really the people that need the training to know how to get the best out of their dog!) We started with private lessons and eventually worked in a group of dogs, slowly interacting more and more until our pup was initiating play. We were amazed! Took the Canine Good Citizenship test in December and passed with flying colors! I’d highly recommend contacting Patty to see if she can help you with your dog’s behavioral issues.
