Heather Mongiat is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and one of the few Fear Free Certified Animal Trainers in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. She has over 20 years of personal and professional experience with dogs, including 17 years as a veterinary assistant. She has trained, tested, and volunteered with four therapy dogs through Superiorland Pet Partners since 2010 and is a team member with Conservation Dogs Collective Inc., working with a detection Labrador to locate rare species.
