Ellen Rassiger will begin taking on a limited number of clients for training and behavior consultations starting in September 2025. Former students can still reach out via email with questions, though response times may vary.

Happy Dog Training & Behavior, led by Ellen Rassiger, CDBC, CBCC, has been dedicated to making dogs and their owners happy since 1996, operating under the philosophy that ‘Learning shouldn’t hurt.’ The business has been recognized multiple times, being voted ‘Long Island’s Best Dog Trainer’ six times.

As of August 31st, 2024, Happy Dog Training & Behavior is closing its training school. However, Ellen Rassiger will not be completely disappearing from the dog world. Starting in September 2025, she plans to take on a limited number of clients for training and behavior consultations.

Accomplishments

Ellen Rassiger holds CDBC and CBCC certifications. Happy Dog Training & Behavior has been in operation since 1996, accumulating 28 years of experience. The business has been voted ‘Long Island’s Best Dog Trainer’ six times.
