Happy Hounds Dog Training

Happy Hounds Dog Training offers a variety of programs tailored to different needs. Group classes include Level 1 Puppy Group Class, which teaches obedience with socialization and confidence building, and Level 2 Weekly Dog Group Class, which builds on foundational skills. They also offer AKC Canine Good Citizen Prep Classes, a 6-week program designed to prepare dogs for the AKC Canine Good Citizen test.

One-on-one private sessions are available in 4 or 6 lesson packages, held at the client’s home or a pet-friendly public setting. These customized plans address issues such as leash pulling, jumping, potty training, recall, separation anxiety, and reactivity. Clients also receive access to a private Facebook support group.

The 4-week Board and Train program is an intensive option for busy clients, where dogs stay with a professional trainer from Monday to Saturday. An evaluation and up-to-date vaccinations are required for this program. Owners participate in weekly transfer sessions and receive free access to group classes during and after the program.

Specialized Service Dog Training provides custom training for service dog teams based on individual needs, including Psychiatric Service Dogs, Food Allergen Alert Dogs, Diabetic Alert Dogs, and Autism Assistance Dogs.

Pricing Summary

Weekly Dog Group Class – Level 2 is $140. The AKC Canine Good Citizen Class is $190. Level 1 – Puppy Group Class is $145.

Private Sessions are offered in packages, with 4 sessions costing $575. More sessions can be added as needed. The 4-week Board and Train program is priced at $2800. Clients participating in the Board and Train program are eligible to participate for free in group classes during and after their program.

She is a registered professional member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.
