Dog Training Methodology
High Fly’n Kennels specializes in Gun Dog and Obedience training. They offer “Training Programs designed for all breeds” and a “Winter Camp” program, which allows dogs to be sent to warmer weather for training. The focus of their training is to develop gun dogs into effective hunting partners and well-mannered, obedient family dogs.

About the Trainer
High Fly’n Kennels specializes in Gun Dog and Obedience training. Greg Fryar has been training dogs professionally since 1992, having personally owned and trained various breeds including Brittany, Labs, Goldens, and Llewellin Setters, as well as other pointers, flushers, and retrievers. He possesses a well-rounded knowledge of dog behavior.
Greg and his wife Carla are avid bird hunters who know what to look for in a well-mannered, well-trained dog. They judge and compete with their personal dogs in AKC Hunt tests, with their Golden Retrievers holding Master, Senior, and Junior titles.
High Fly’n Kennels also breeds and raises Llewellin Setters, competing and running them in Shoot to Retrieve events where their dogs have earned many placements and awards. They have trained 9 dogs to National Llewellin Gun Dog Club Champion titles, demonstrating a proven record for breeding, raising, and training Champion hunting dogs.
The kennel takes pride in its services, focusing on helping customers turn their gun dog into a true hunting partner and a well-mannered, obedient family dog. They offer various training programs designed for all breeds, including a special Winter Camp.
