Dog Training Methodology

Hoosier Country Canine offers Board & Train, Private Lessons, and AKC Programs. The Board & Train program allows dogs to stay at Hoosier Country Canine during training, with customized programs and a private lesson upon departure to review skills and discuss future goals.

Private lessons offer one-on-one training in the client’s home or neighborhood, including a customized training program and opportunity to address questions. AKC Programs include training and testing for S.T.A.R Puppy and Canine Good Citizen programs.

Pricing & Policies

Pricing Summary

Private lessons are $75 for one hour of training. A private lesson package is available for $260, which includes 4 private lessons. For pet sitting, a full day stay is $40 and a half day stay is $20.

The trainer has over 10 years of experience helping families with canine training and behavior. This experience includes working for a canine training facility in Broad Ripple, conducting safety meetings with the Indianapolis USPS on canine bite prevention and body language, and working with FOX59 on segments regarding canine training.
