Behavior Modification Package: $860 (virtual consultation + 3 in-person sessions). Private Lessons: $160 for 50 minutes. Virtual Behavior Consults: $210. Board and Train: $4,000 for 3 weeks. All payments are non-refundable and required in advance. Travel fee of $30 applies for locations over 20 miles from facility.

Policies

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Group classes require advance payment; no refunds for missed classes or cancellations. Missing more than one class per session disqualifies return. Board and Train cancellations more than one week in advance receive full refund; cancellations 48–168 hours in advance incur a $200 fee; cancellations during the program are nonrefundable. Training is discontinued if owners insist on using prong, shock, or punishment-based tools, with no refunds issued. Weather or trainer-related class postponements are rescheduled.
