Jim’s extensive background included owning a free weight gym, construction management, and establishing the Mustang OK Animal Control Shelter. He also engaged in charity work with two Florida ‘no kill’ shelters. ICNDF was recognized by over thirty local, regional, and national law enforcement agencies for its work, including training a service dog named Tara who assisted in the 9/11 rescue efforts.
