Testimonials
“Jourdan really knows his stuff when it comes to dogs. He’s been a huge help with my pup, especially with building a solid foundation for bite work. You can tell he’s got a real passion for what he does — super knowledgeable, patient, and great at reading both the dog and the handler.”

“Working with Jourdan at Inkentshane K9 has been very beneficial for not only my dogs but myself as well. My girlfriend and I have been doing sessions for obedience, protection, and competition and have seen a drastic improvement in our dog’s abilities.”

“I brought my dog to Jourdan for private sessions and eventually board-and-train because I was struggling with her reactivity… She came home a different dog in the best way: calmer, more responsive, and visibly more confident.”

About the Trainer
Inkentshane K9 is a dog training business founded by Jourdan, offering personalized training for any breed and life stage, from puppies to senior dogs. Their approach is rooted in effective communication between dog and owner, inspired by observations of African Painted Wolves in the wild. They provide private sessions, board and train programs, day care, and overnight boarding—all conducted in the trainer’s home with 24/7 monitoring. Their training covers basic and advanced obedience, aggression rehabilitation, puppy classes, protection and sport K9 training, and service dog preparation. What sets them apart is their focus on equipping owners with the skills to maintain progress at home, ensuring long-term success and true companionship.
They specialize in behavior modification for reactivity, biting, and fearfulness, and offer intensive programs for working dogs, including decoy training for PSA and Street League. All training is tailored after an initial evaluation, with follow-up sessions included in board and train packages to reinforce learning. Their facility is PACFA licensed, and they emphasize consistency, trust, and hands-on education for owners.
Accomplishments
Jourdan is a Certified K9 Street League Decoy and Certified PSA Trial Decoy. He has trained dogs globally and draws on extensive field observations of wild canids to inform his methods.
