Jet Set University

Our 10 month old Havanese recently completed the 4 week board and train program and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They are professional and personable, providing excellent training and guidance. It’s also reassuring to know that I can come back for refresher training if needed any time in the future. Highly recommend this program, you will not be disappointed!!

5 stars isn’t enough to express how happy we are with Jet Set University! We dropped our puppy off at 6 months for the 1 month board and train. Our goal was to have him walk well on leash and eventually have good off-leash recall. What we did not expect was the phenomenal behavior at home. He no longer begs for food, sniffs around the garbage, jumps on visitors, etc. We have taken him to restaurants, hotels, stores and even an assisted living facility to visit family and he is the perfect gentlemen. He is always over-joyed to go back to Jet Set U for boarding which is how I know he was treated so well. We worked predominantly with Lilli and Chanin but have a positive opinion of all the staff (as does our pup!). I would never have another dog that wasn’t trained here. He will live the best life now that we can take him everywhere with us.

We had such an amazing experience with Jet Set University! Our pup had severe anxiety and was extremely reactive to the point where we had talked about having to maybe rehome him. It was devastating, we had tried months of private trainers and nothing was working for the severe reactivity. Luckily we found Jet Set just in time. He did the training there for 6 weeks and came home a brand new dog! They are so committed to their training and positive outcomes, and we could really see that with their training structure. The usual training was 3 or 4 weeks but they kept our pup for 6 weeks to make sure he was well trained and that when he came home he was 100% ready. The change was incredible to see, he seemed so much less anxious and less scared of things. He was way less reactive, and learned ways to cope with his anxiety calmly. Chanin and Shantel did such an amazing job with him. They were so good with our pup, they were patient and kind and every time we went back for the training sessions with them he was so happy to see them which also made me see that he was treated very well while he was there and that he loved being there. Their training really made the difference between having to rehome our pup and getting to keep him knowing we could keep him safe and happy. Our sweet Indy is thriving at home now and living his best life!! They do such wonderful work at Jet Set University. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone thinking of training their pup!
