Jezzie Paws offers a structured training curriculum including Puppy Training (10 weeks to 5 months old), Beginner Training (5 months & up with no previous training), Intermediate Training, and Advanced Training. Each group class is 6 weeks long. Puppy training focuses on socialization, basic behaviors, and puppy-specific issues like potty training, chewing, teething, and digging.
Beginner training emphasizes relationship building, basic manners, impulse control, and problem-solving. Intermediate training helps with communication, cues like “stay” and “heel,” and addresses undesirable behaviors such as jumping and barking. Advanced training strengthens behaviors for faster, more consistent responses, including supervised separation and practicing with distractions. Private training is also available, offering customized, personal attention for irregular schedules or dogs needing extra focus.

Jessica’s passion for dog training stems from her personal experiences with her own reactive Newfoundland and a Bernese Mountain Dog who underwent an unsuccessful board-and-train program. These experiences taught her that no dog is “untrainable” and that owner involvement is crucial for lasting training success. She emphasizes that clients are treated like family and can reach her day or night via email, text, or call.
