Dog Training Methodology
Methods:
- ✓ Balanced Training
Justice K9 Training operates under the motto “Educate the Owner – Train the Dog,” providing individualized training programs tailored to each dog’s unique personality, temperament, and environment, starting with an assessment.
Their Board & Train program involves dogs staying Monday through Friday for one-on-one training, with the duration and type of training customized to the dog’s needs. An evaluation is required before enrollment, and they do not accept dogs with people aggression.
Day Training allows owners to drop off their dog in the morning and pick them up in the evening, ideal for reinforcing basics or learning new skills, and includes a free private session per week of enrollment. Private Sessions offer personalized attention for basic obedience, manners, and behavioral issues such as recall problems, excessive barking, fearfulness, shyness, and dog aggression, with in-home options available.
Beyond training, they offer Boarding in a private, minimal cage setting, providing a large fenced area, enrichment, and relaxation, with optional training packages during the stay. Doggie Day Care provides a supervised environment with 1200 sqft of indoor space and a 3/4 acre fenced outdoor area for dogs to socialize and expend energy. All dogs entering the facility for training, boarding, or daycare must be fully vaccinated and on flea/tick preventative, with heartworm preventative encouraged.
