K9 Satisfaction

K9 Satisfaction provides training programs covering puppy training, advanced training, and behavior modification. The trainer works with owners to address specific dog issues, helping them understand their dog’s behavior and implement effective solutions.

Programs incorporate a balanced approach, utilizing healthy exercise, ongoing training, and text support for owners, alongside in-person visits. Specific training areas include polite greetings without jumping, holding down-stays, on and off-leash heeling, quiet containment, crate training, off-leash recall, and general obedience.

While training is paused for the summer, weekly play days and boarding for regular clients continue. In the fall, the business will offer day training, doggy socializing, manners training, and daycare services Monday through Friday.

Shannon has been running K9 Satisfaction for over 11 years, driven by a passion for dogs and a desire to help them reach their full potential. What started as a hobby in puppy raising, training, and play has evolved into her source of income.

Shannon specializes in working with “issue” dogs, guiding owners to understand their pets, problem-solve specific behaviors, and establish solid replacement behaviors. Her balanced approach integrates healthy exercise, consistent training, text support for owners, and in-person visits.

Beyond core training, K9 Satisfaction provides exercise and activity trips, weekly play days, and boarding for regular clients. Starting in the fall, the business will expand its offerings to include day training, doggy socializing, manners training, and daycare from Monday to Friday. Puppy training and off-leash training for highly active dogs are noted as favorite cases.
