Stephen was superb to work with for our TWO DOGS. We have a Bernese Mtn Dog and A Labrador Retriever. Not small dogs, and very patient and very good with both of them. He spent quality time with me and my dogs and taught them how to be amazing service dogs. First we spent time in my home outside and then we spent time in the mall. We walked around the mall for hours to learn the ropes. My dogs are officially trained and have the cards and credentials that helped me get them for the purposes of my medical needs. Stephen navigated the whole process through card procurement and had them delivered to my home! And, I looked up my dogs on the Service website by their ID number and found them officially listed~ I am able to now book these “large-ish” dogs on a commercial carrier with me to sit aboard the plane (in bulkhead) and not below the plane in steerage!
