For working dogs, they focus on producing high-quality Labrador Retrievers for single purpose detection (law enforcement), search and rescue, tracking, and performance sports. They provide puppies, green dogs, and pre-trained dogs for various working careers.

Their detection dog program involves keeping multiple puppies from their litters and buying promising puppies from field trial breeders to raise for this purpose. Throughout their first year, these puppies are exposed to a wide variety of different environments and footings, such as warehouses, barns, schools, boats, various vehicles, different homes, and kennels.

At Katalyst Kennels, the main focus is to produce high-quality Labrador Retrievers for the fields of single purpose detection (law enforcement), search and rescue, tracking, and performance sports. They also offer a variety of pet-centric services to help dog owners and their best friends live life to its fullest.

Katalyst Kennels strives to produce healthy, highly-motivated Labrador Retrievers for use in police detection, search and rescue, and performance sports. Their goal is to breed dogs that live to work and have the genetics to ensure a long, healthy working career. They produce 1-2 litters per year and place the majority into working homes, providing puppies, green dogs, and pre-trained dogs.

For pet owners, Katalyst Kennels proudly offers Board & Train programs, Dog Boarding, Puppy Camp, Adult Dog Day School, Group Classes, and Private Lessons. They are passionate about producing and training dogs to be successful police detection K-9’s, exposing puppies to a wide variety of environments and footings during their first year. Any dogs used for breeding are screened for all recommended health tests and have proven their ability to work in their chosen discipline, ensuring that only dogs meeting their standards enter their breeding program.

Accomplishments

Since 2014, Katalyst Kennels has focused on producing high-quality Labrador Retrievers for fields such as single purpose detection (law enforcement), search and rescue, tracking, and performance sports.

Any dogs used for breeding are screened for all recommended health tests and have proven their ability to work in their chosen discipline. They work each dog daily, and any dog not meeting their standards does not enter their breeding program.
