The Off-Leash Board & Train is a three-week program that teaches basic commands with a focus on reliable off-leash recall, real-life distraction training, and control over excessive barking and jumping.

The Puppy Program is a four-week board and train for puppies aged 4-6 months, covering on and off-leash obedience commands and foundational e-collar training. Day Training is a minimum two-week program, Monday through Friday, offering basic and advanced obedience without overnight stays.

Their Behavior Modification program, a minimum of four weeks, addresses issues such as separation anxiety, reactivity, and fearfulness, focusing on building confidence and includes obedience commands, muzzle conditioning, and the use of prong and e-collars. The Service Dog Training is a two-year program that covers basic and advanced obedience, task training (e.g., DPT, medical alert), public access training, and CGC testing, assisting clients from dog selection to full service dog training.

About the Trainer

Koba’s Four Paws Institute, LLC is a premier dog training company founded in 2017 by Britney Lippke, a passionate and dedicated dog trainer. Britney’s journey into dog training began with training her first service dog, Koba, which inspired her to create the institute. She gained invaluable experience working with various dog training organizations before starting her own venture.

Initially, Britney and her childhood friend Dalton trained dogs from her home, offering a personalized, hands-on approach that led to a loyal clientele. As demand grew, Jess joined as the Director of Administration. The business eventually established a full-fledged training facility to better serve its expanding client base.

The institute’s mission is to provide top-notch training that enhances the bond between dogs and their owners, ensuring well-behaved, happy pets and satisfied clients. They offer a wide range of services, from basic obedience to specialized service dog training, utilizing balanced and reward-based techniques with a deep understanding of canine behavior. Their well-rounded dog training and boarding program is located in Montgomery, TX, serving Houston, Central Texas, and surrounding areas.
