Pricing Summary
Group training sessions cost $75.00 for a 6- or 7-week course. Private training is available at $20.00 for 30 minutes. The AKC CGC exam is included for no additional fee if enrolled in the Novice Obedience class, otherwise, it’s a $10 fee. Payment is accepted by cash or check on the first night of class, or via PayPal upon online enrollment.

Kramer K9 Training has a privacy policy stating that shared information is not sold or reproduced, except for service provision or legal requirements. All website content is copyrighted. Class policies require the same owner/trainer to attend all classes, instructor approval for trainers under 18, and limit class sizes to 12 participants.
nnCurrent Rabies, Bordatella, and Canine Parvovirus vaccinations are required, with proof on the first night. Attendees must agree to a liability waiver, assuming risk of injury or damage, and acknowledge that photographs or videos taken will become the property of Kramer K9 Training.

Kramer K9 Training is a dog training business led by owner and instructor Lou Kramer Claassen, alongside instructor Leeanna Burton. Lou Kramer Claassen is the daughter of Dr. Charles L. “Bud” Kramer, known as the “Father of Agility” and creator of Rally Obedience, and she has over 50 years of experience in dog training.
nnThe business provides training for both companion dogs and competitive events, including American Kennel Club (AKC) and United Kennel Club (UKC) titles. Their philosophy emphasizes maintaining control through persistence, patience, and understanding to foster a happy, obedient canine companion for life.

Accomplishments
Lou Kramer Claassen has over 50 years of experience training and showing dogs, having shadowed her father, Dr. Charles L. “Bud” Kramer, for over 20 years. She has mentored many students to achieve AKC Rally and Obedience titles.
nnDr. Charles L. “Bud” Kramer, professor emeritus at Kansas State University, was the “Father of Agility” and creator of Rally Obedience, both adopted by AKC and UKC. He served as training director for the Manhattan Kansas Kennel Club for over two decades, helped thousands train their dogs, and won a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award from the AKC.
nnLeeanna Burton has been training and competing with dogs since age four, with experience in various disciplines across AKC, UKC, and ASCA. She is a volunteer trainer for the Riley County 4-H Kennel Club and a certified Kansas 4-H Dog Show Judge.
How to Get Started!
To get started, clients can view the upcoming schedule and sign up for courses online. Enrollment involves selecting a desired class, providing personal and dog information, and acknowledging policies. Spaces are allocated on a first-come basis. Payment of the course fee is due on the first night of class by cash or check, or can be made via PayPal during the online enrollment process.
