“Rebecca is a true dog whisperer! We have a very fearful German shepherd who is reactive with people and she immediately accepted Rebecca. I am excited for the future with my dog. I can’t say enough good things, just sign up and see for yourself!”

About the Trainer
Lazy Acres Dog Training is led by Rebecca Fedele, a CTF Dog Trainer, whose primary intention is to reinforce the connection between dog owners and their companion animals. She aims to help clients build stronger relationships with their dogs through proper communication, boundary setting, and establishing calm, loving leadership. Rebecca respects and honors the varying emotional and mental states of both humans and dogs, customizing each session to accommodate individual needs.
She works with the Tenderfoot Natural Dog Training Philosophy, which focuses on building a trusting relationship based on love, trust, and respect, rather than relying on treats, devices, or fear. This philosophy is informed by over three decades of studying animal behavior and utilizes natural ‘pressure and release’ techniques to set boundaries. Rebecca believes all interactions, whether playing, walking, or petting, are crucial in maintaining a good relationship and helps foster clear, loving expectations for behavior. Fair and consistent communication is emphasized to establish leadership and create a close, trusting bond.
