Let’s Speak Dog Ltd offers a variety of training programs designed for different needs and ages. The Manners Program provides four levels of skills training for family dogs, focusing on building strong skills and a deep bond through games and interactive formats. This program can help dogs earn AKC Canine Good Citizen and Advanced Canine Good Citizen titles, or prepare for Therapy Dog testing. An online M1 Companion Course is included with Manners 1 registration.

Puppy training options include Puppy K Group Classes for pups aged 9 to 20 weeks, covering obedience, socialization, and problem prevention. An online companion course is also available for free with in-person enrollment. For a more intensive approach, Puppy Prep School offers day training where professional coaches work with pups up to 5 months on foundation manners, socialization, and life skills. Puppy Boarding Camp provides an in-home board and train option for pups 9 weeks to 5 months, focusing on crate acclimation, impulse control, confidence building, and life skills, with daily outings and reports.

For older dogs, the Lodge & Learn program offers intensive board and train options. The Starter 1 Week program covers foundational skills like sit/down stay, recalls, loose leash walking, and polite greetings. The Core Skills 2 Week program builds on this with proofing and understanding of skills with distractions, impulse control, and heeling. Both Lodge & Learn programs include video updates, daily report cards, and a comprehensive take-home plan. Refresh Training Sessions are also available for dogs that have previously completed a Lodge & Learn program.

Private Coaching is available for individual attention, and Behavior Modification services address aggression problems and other behavioral issues. Online classes are also offered for flexibility. All training uses positive reinforcement and a marker system, with small class sizes for individual attention. Instructors are certified and experienced.

Testimonials

“we used the daycare facility last week and Cooper had a blast. He was a pooped out puppers the following day from having so much fun. I was impressed with the facility over all, the cleanliness, and the staff. It was a great experience for me and for Cooper.”
– Elayne Saladuchin

“Great facility, wonderful people. We left our baby girl dog in their care on New Year’s Eve she had a great time came home Happy and tired from all of the play time. The staff takes the time to discuss with you your dog’s behavior there and who they played with and what they like. Also they issue out a report card via email to you, nice touch”
– Helen Drahos

“My dog was boarded for an extended stay during which time I requested her to be trained. She just came home today and I am super impressed in the the difference their training has made. Aria’s stay from day one has been a truly perfect experience. She was treated like a queen! I am sure she misses the staff, as they were very kind and caring. She will be returning for daycare and I would HIGHLY recommend Let’s Speak Dog Resort. If I was giving a report card they would have A++++++ in every category.”

How to Get Started!

For boarding, new clients must create an account in Gingr, upload or email their dog’s vaccine records (Rabies, DHLP, Bordetella), and schedule a 20-minute on-site pre-screening appointment, which costs $20. Following a successful pre-screening, a trial overnight stay is required, for which normal boarding fees apply. Puppies aged 3-6 months are exempt from the pre-screening visit but must attend a half-day daycare prior to boarding and be crate trained. Dogs that regularly attend daycare are also exempt from the pre-screening visit.

For Puppy Boarding Camp, a one-hour consult is required prior to attendance, costing $125, to set goals and develop a training plan.

To enroll in Puppy Prep School, clients need to register online, set up an account, call to arrange an acclimation day, and then book their desired school days.

For general classes, registration is available online.
