Little Angels Service Dogs trains and places fully trained service dogs with approved individuals living with disabilities. Their training practices adhere to high standards as an Assistance Dogs International (ADI) accredited organization.
The organization offers “Owner-Training Service Dog Lessons” for individuals who wish to train their own service dog, as well as “Virtual Training for your Pet Dog” for general pet dog training. Their historical training process involved volunteers raising puppies for their first year, followed by 3-6 months of advanced training by staff.
They also manage several community-focused programs including a Foster Program, a Prison Program (PUPS) where incarcerated volunteers help train dogs, “Touched By An Angel,” and “FETCH for Schools.”
