About the Trainer
Lomita Obedience Training Club (LOTC) is a nonprofit dog training club run by volunteers, located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California. Established in 1954, the club provides companion dog training classes and competitive sports dog training classes to the community.
Their classes cover puppy socialization and manners, general companion dog manners, dog tricks, dog obedience, AKC Rally, AKC Conformation, and Parkour for dogs. Most classes are offered through Lomita Parks and Recreation and Rolling Hills Estates Parks and Recreation, held in secure, fenced areas.
LOTC’s instructors are experienced club members who use positive reinforcement and marking desired behavior. They aim to help families train their dogs and can also offer consultation services for specific problems.
