I sought out JW not necessarily for hunting training, but also for basic obedience. I wasn’t having any luck with the general “obedience” trainers getting though to my Weimaraner, who has a lot of energy and a mind of her own sometimes. I explained my goals, and JW helped me train my dog accordingly. My Weimaraner earned her NAVHDA NA title, and is practicing for her junior hunter. I am able to take her out on the Boise foothills trails with my mountain bike, off leash, with no fear that she’ll interfere with another dog, biker, or hiker. And she’s a great companion on our camping excursions. I am so thrilled with my experience, and I feel I learned as much as my dog!
