Maximum K9 Riverhead

When we first started with Maximum K9, Shelby (at that time an 8 mo. Wheaten) knew some basic commands but I lacked the skills necessary to get her to cooperate on my terms. I knew Wheatens were a stubborn breed! Working with Haley (and Joe), I developed confidence in myself thus fostering skills necessary to help Shelby want to cooperate! She now is a “good listener” in the house. While leash walking was a HUGE concern, Shelby no longer jumps or runs but does appreciate a nice walk – that is until she sees a person to love, or a flower or stick to chew! BUT with Haley’s help over the last couple months WE have come a long way! I will continue to work with Shelby and will reach out to Haley as/when needed. Maximum is a great experience for both the pup and handler! Thanks guys!

I recently enrolled my 7 month old pup in a three-week board and train program with Nicole at Maximum K9, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. By the time I picked up my dog, I could hardly believe the transformation. She was obedient, well-mannered, and clearly very happy, thanks to Nicole’s dedication and expertise. Overall, I can’t recommend Nicole and the team at Maximum K9 enough. Thanks to her, my dog and I now have a stronger bond and a brighter future together.

Absolutely incredible experience with Maximum K9! They saved our fur-family! We had a very difficult Dane causing chaos in our four-Dane home. Upon meeting Joe, and learning the foundations of their training theory, we continued training with Nicole who was an absolute rock start with our tough Dane. We ALL learned how to better manage our pups behavior and have gained enormous confidence and techniques to start taking him out in public. We can’t thank them all enough for such a life changing experience. We thought we would have to rehome our difficult dog but have now learned how to manage him within the pack. It was such an amazing experience, we have signed up for board and train so our dog can continue his training during an upcoming trip. I recommend Maximum K9 to everyone!!
