Policies

All group and private training programs require full non-refundable payment at time of registration. Dogs must be at least 5 months old and current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations, with records submitted at least 5 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Board & Train programs include a mandatory Meet & Greet before enrollment. No refunds or rescheduling options are mentioned for paid programs.

Tony Piatt, lead trainer, is a former Police K9 Handler and Trainer with over 25 years of experience. He has personally trained over 35 dual- and single-purpose K9 teams, including NAPWDA-certified Narcotic and Explosive Detection K9s. He trained the area’s only Explosive Tracking K9 Team. He is an AKC CGC Evaluator and has completed the Pet Care Services Association (PCSA) Pet Care Technician Program.
