Next Generation K9 LLC is a dog training business owned by Jarod Walker, a master trainer with decades of experience starting from age 8. The business focuses on teaching dog owners how to establish pack order and leadership to create balanced, well-behaved dogs. Training emphasizes correcting unbalanced behaviors that lead to neurotic or disruptive actions, helping owners gain confidence and peace of mind in their homes and communities. Jarod is also the Executive Director of Training Operations with Northwest Battle Buddies and a co-owner of Man’s Best Friend, both based in southwest Washington. His training philosophy centers on providing owners with the tools to lead their dogs effectively, resulting in improved behavior and community harmony.

The business offers direct dog training services to help with behavioral issues and obedience, with a focus on creating lasting change through leadership and structure.

Jarod is certified by NADOI, holds CYNX-L certification, is an AKC CGC Judge, and is a Pet Tech CPR and First Aid instructor. He is also a former USMC Sergeant with service from 2014–2018.
