Pricing Summary
Northern Kentucky K9, LLC accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. A $25 fee applies for returned checks. For multiple sessions, the initial session’s payment is due upon scheduling, with the remainder due at or prior to the first session. They offer a discount for payments made in cash or via check for their Residency Programs.
Policies
For private sessions, clients must provide 24 or more hours notice to reschedule without a cancellation fee. For residency programs, 3 days advance notice is required to reschedule without a fee. If cancellation occurs within these timeframes or if the client does not notify the business, the session or program cannot be rescheduled or refunded without additional costs.
