If a program is canceled before training begins, all monies will be refunded minus a 4% processing fee. For board and train programs, if canceled within 30 days of the start date, all monies are refunded minus a $500 reservation fee. If a lesson package is canceled after the first lesson, a charge of $450 (starter package fee) plus $100 for each completed lesson applies.
