The 2 Week Board & Train program costs $2900.00. In-Home Training (Basic) is $850.00 for 4 weeks, and In-Home Training (Basic & Advanced) is $1400.00 for 8 weeks, both for locations within 20 miles of Chattanooga and include an e-collar and leash. Basic Marker Mastery™ is a 4-week reward-based program for $500.00, including a 15′ leash, clicker, and slip lead.
Aggression / Anxiety Management is a 7-lesson package with an optional 8th in-home lesson for $1100.00. The Aggression / Anxiety Board & Train is a 2-week program for $3500.00, including home pickup within 1 hour of Chattanooga and a lifetime support guarantee.

Policies
Off Leash K9 Training offers a satisfaction guarantee: if a client is not completely amazed and 100% satisfied after the first lesson, that lesson is free. They state that it is impossible to guarantee complete fixes for major behavioral issues like dog or people aggression, but they can provide control and management tools.
Facility tours and lessons must be pre-scheduled by telephone, as all classes are private and doors are locked during sessions. The Aggression / Anxiety Board & Train package includes a lifetime support guarantee.
Regarding orders and returns, the company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to goods availability, errors in description or prices, or suspected fraud. The right to cancel an order applies only to goods returned in the same condition as received, with all instructions, documents, and wrappings. Damaged or worn goods will not be refunded. Reimbursements are processed within 14 days using the original payment method. There is no right to cancel for goods made to specifications, items unsuitable for return due to nature or expiry, unsealed items for health/hygiene reasons, items inseparably mixed with others after delivery, or digital content where performance has begun with prior consent.
Prices may be revised before or after an order is accepted due to factors like government action, customs duties, shipping charges, or foreign exchange costs; in such cases, the client has the right to cancel. The company reserves the right to modify or replace its terms and conditions at any time, providing at least 30 days’ notice for material changes.
