Policies

For lessons, a refund is available up to the start of the first session with a $25 processing fee, requiring 48 hours’ notice. A refund is also available after the first lesson if the e-collar and training leash are returned undamaged, with a $50 processing fee. No refunds are provided after the completion of more than one lesson.

For Board and Train programs, a refund is available up to 30 days prior to the start with a $175 processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days from the start date are not refunded. No refunds are provided for a board and train program once the dog has been dropped off, but a lifetime warranty is offered, including lifetime support and refresher classes.

Lessons can be postponed for up to 6 months with written notice. Rescheduling lessons requires 48 hours’ notice; after two reschedules or any reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, one session will be deducted. Rescheduling a Board and Train requires 30 days’ notice and may result in significant delays. They offer a money-back guarantee if not completely satisfied after the first lesson, provided the request is made by the end of that lesson.
