Trey Holladay, an owner and trainer, has 10 years of total dog training experience. He is a Certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist, having graduated from Starmark Academy. His experience includes two years working for a sled dog kennel in Alaska and over five years at a retriever training and boarding facility in Texas. Trey was the number one AKC Junior Handler in the country among all retriever handlers in 2019 and has titled 100 hunting dogs in AKC hunt tests at Junior, Senior, and Master levels with a 97% pass rate in three years.

Carly Holladay, also an owner and trainer, has four and a half years of experience managing the office of a retriever training facility. She has also raised and trained puppies in her home. Combined, Trey and Carly have over 17 years of experience working with dogs.

To begin the registration process, clients need to submit several forms: the On Holladay Agreement, Owner Information Form, Canine Information Form, and Canine Photo/Video Release Form.
