Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Online payment is required for all classes and secures your space. Payments are processed through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required; guests can use a credit card. Fees and registration are due before the first class of a new session. Drop-in classes are available for an additional fee, subject to instructor approval and space availability.
Policies
There are no refunds after the first day of a class session. For cancellations made 72 hours before the class starts, a 100% refund (minus a 5% admin fee) is issued. Refunds for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice depend on whether the space can be filled from a waitlist. No refunds are given for dog aggression, schedule conflicts, illness, or injury.
Instructors reserve the right to excuse any dog/handler team that is a danger, not in control, ill, injured, or disruptive. Students are responsible for the behavior of their dogs, children, and guests. Children must be supervised by an adult (other than the handler) and must be at least 10 years old to handle a dog in class, with adult attendance required. Only one additional person per dog is allowed in class. Dogs must be kept quiet when not working and leashed at all times before and after class. Sick dogs, including those exposed to sick dogs, are not allowed in the facility; dogs with kennel cough must stay home for at least two weeks after symptoms end. Make-up classes are encouraged within two months of the original session if a class is missed, by attending a similar class with prior notification.
