Outrageous Dog Training offers three main programs: Private Sessions, Board & Train, and Day Training and Socialization.
Private Sessions are one-hour, owner-involved sessions designed to educate clients on dog behavior and teach basic commands while problem-solving unwanted behaviors such as leash pulling, potty training, aggression, and leash reactivity. Sessions are typically weekly, with owners receiving homework assignments to practice for a minimum of 45 minutes daily.
The Board & Train program is an intensive bootcamp where companions stay with an experienced trainer for 1 to 4 weeks. This program provides one-on-one attention, socialization, and day trips, focusing on establishing good habits, obedience, and basic house manners. It aims to resolve issues like jumping, barking, chewing, door dashing, leash reactivity, and fears, with training transferred to owners upon completion.
Day Training and Socialization is available for clients who have completed a prior training package. A trainer picks up the companion for real-world training and socialization in various environments like local parks, hiking trails, or pet-friendly stores. This program is ideal for reinforcing known commands and properly socializing young or fearful dogs.
