Tails University is a family-run dog training business founded in 2012 by certified trainer Paul Telthorster, who transitioned from horse training after rescuing his dog Baxter. Paul Telthorster has been a professional dog trainer since 2012, trained under Dan Linder at Action Dogs USA, and graduated from Animal Behavior College with a Dog Training Certificate.
