The Immersion Program is an intensive, hands-on behavior program for reactive, aggressive, or stressed dogs, consisting of 10 one-hour sessions over 4-6 weeks in the client’s home, with potential sessions at the trainer’s home or public areas. It focuses on owner involvement for long-term success and covers human and dog aggression, as well as puppy prevention. This program includes video homework, tailored training, free group classes for life, and lifetime support. It requires daily mental and physical exercise for the dog, full family commitment, and understanding of balanced training, with all dogs in multi-dog households trained together.
In-Home Training provides one-on-one sessions in the client’s home, focusing on building lasting results through hands-on guidance and real-life practice. It addresses obedience, leash work, and mild-to-moderate behavior issues, with sessions offered weekly or bi-weekly. Similar to the Immersion Program, it requires daily mental and physical exercise for the dog, full family commitment, and understanding of balanced training, with all dogs in multi-dog households trained together.
The Puppy Head Start program is designed for puppies 8 to 18 weeks of age and consists of 3 private in-home sessions. These sessions cover essential skills such as crate training, recall, socialization/exposure, leave it/out, greetings and outings, and loose leash walking, aiming to build a foundation of confidence, exposure, and communication.
Day Training offers 8 hours of tailored training per day, where clients drop off their dog at 10 am and pick them up at 6 pm. This program includes video homework and covers behavior evaluation, crate training, basic obedience (place work, down-stays, recall), introduction to off-leash e-collar training, structured socialization, reactivity information/exposure, leash manners, muzzle conditioning (not for human aggressive dogs), and social outings. Eligibility requires a prior consultation and training session, and human aggression cases are not accepted for day training.
Virtual Training is a “hands-on” program that begins with a discussion of the dog’s relationship in the home and daily routine to assess behavioral problems. Trainers educate and demonstrate hands-on techniques, creating a tailored program. Follow-up sessions are typically one hour, a week later, to adjust the plan. After each session, owners receive a summary and video homework. This program requires daily mental and physical exercise for the dog, full family commitment, understanding of balanced training, and crating for struggling dogs, with all dogs in multi-dog households trained together.
Group Classes offer structured socialization with other dogs, work on reactivity, and practice keeping dogs calm around new people, dogs, and stimuli. These classes are only eligible for clients after their second training session with Pack Leader Help or upon joining the PLH community.

Testimonials
“I highly recommend PLH. Brianna, specifically, has been incredibly instrumental in the growth of my rescue pup and in our ability to gain and maintain a peaceful environment with multiple pets. Our rescue pup was challenging, Brianna taught me how to use specific tools, geared toward my dogs behaviors, to help my pup become a more obedient and enjoyable girl. You must adhere to the lessons in order to achieve the effect you desire, Brianna will teach you how. She remains available for questions, she accepts you into her community which meets several times a month for group sessions. PLH is the best, Brianna is the best, you won’t be disappointed. A valuable resource for those who want their pets to have a safe and happy life. Many thanks!”
– Jea, MD
“We just completed our third session with Brianna, and she is the BEST! We came to Pack Leader Help after a TERRIBLE training experience which made our dog’s aggression worse, and by the second session our dog was able to relax with her in the house and we’re learning tools to help fix the damage that was done. We feel confident she’s guiding us on a path to having a non-reactive dog and can’t wait to continue our sessions with her!”
– Erin, VA
“Brianna is not only the best dog trainer in the DMV area, she is also an incredible communicator and wonderful support for dog owners on their training journeys. If you’re simply looking for a trainer to teach your dog obedience, you should up your standards and then hire Brianna. Brianna and PLH offer SO much more than obedience, they help you build a strong foundation for communication with your dog! Bri has given us SO much insight into dog/human communication (via both our training sessions AND her fantastic podcast and social channels), where it breaks down, and how to best repair and strengthen our relationship with our pup. When we felt we were at our wits end with an issue with our dog, Archer, she provided support and understanding, and then creative ideas that actually worked. The PLH group classes are an amazing resource for us to put into practice what we’ve learned, and get the reps that we as handlers and our pup need to continue to build our confidence! We can’t recommend Brianna enough and will shout her from the rooftops for all dog owners!”
