Paradise Dog Training specializes in the training and placement of Certified Assistance Dogs and Certified Facility & Therapy Dogs. They have a Foster Puppy program where puppies are raised until they are 16-18 months old. Dogs then spend 7-8 months in training at their facility. After placement, a field trainer works with the client and dog for 3-4 months, teaching them to work together in their new home. They offer both onsite and offsite group dog training programs and individually focused dog training programs. They also train Diabetic Alert Dogs and provide bed bug detection services.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
The cost to receive one of their trained bed bug sniffing dogs is $10,000 – $12,000, depending on the initial cost of acquiring the dog before training. For bed bug detection services, the cost is based on the size of the facility and the length of time it takes the dogs to search it.

How to Get Started!
For Assistance Dogs, Paradise Dog Training prefers to provide the dog, as it takes a very special dog for this work and they consider many factors when matching a dog with a client. The process involves their Foster Puppy program, followed by facility training, and then field training with the client. For bed bug detection services, Lori Grigg is available by appointment via email.
