Testimonials
I never thought I’d see the day Cool Whip could change like this. Since August 1st, we’ve been working with Woo three times a week, and the difference in just two months blows my mind.
Whip was my foster fail from the DC Humane Rescue Alliance on New York Ave. Don’t get me wrong, I love this dog with all my heart, but he was tough. He had really bad anxiety, zero trust, and could get snappy with other dogs. He didn’t listen, had no recall, pulled me all over the place on walks… honestly, there were moments I thought, what did I get myself into? As much as I loved him, I wasn’t sure if I made the right choice adopting him.
Out of desperation, I called his old foster, and she told me to reach out to Woo. That phone call changed everything for us.
Woo didn’t just train Whip he trained me too. He taught me how to stay calm, how to set real boundaries, and how to give Whip the kind of structure he actually needed. And now? Whip walks right beside me, doesn’t bark at everything that moves, and actually pays attention when I call him. And oh my goodness he gets along with cats too! I never thought this transformation was possible!
Woo worked on Whip’s social side. He helped him meet other dogs in a safe, controlled way, and now Whip actually has dog friends something I never thought would happen. Crate time used to be a battle with whining and pacing, and now Whip will just lay down and relax. Even car rides have changed. He used to stress out so badly, but now he jumps in the car, and I swear he gets extra excited when he realizes we’re heading to Woo’s.
For me, the biggest lesson has been patience. Woo showed me how to read Whip’s body language, how to correct him the right way, and how to reward calm moments instead of feeding into chaos. It’s not just about commands anymore it’s about trust.
And honestly, the difference is unreal. Whip is still his goofy, high energy self, but now it’s fun energy instead of stressful energy. He’s friendlier with people, more confident with dogs, and just so much happier. And me? I finally feel like I know what I’m doing as his mom.
I can’t even explain it fully you’d have to see the before and after to believe it. Woo….. Thank You! Seriously!
– Keisha & Cool Whip!
We’ve been lucky enough to have Woo walking our dog for the past few months, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. From day one, it was clear how much he genuinely cares for the dogs he works with–not just in the basics of keeping them safe and exercised, but in the way he connects with them, builds trust, and understands their needs.
Our dog absolutely adores him, and I’ve noticed such a positive shift in his behavior and overall mood since working with Woo. He’s more relaxed, better on walks, and just seems more fulfilled–and I know a huge part of that is thanks to the thoughtful and consistent care Woo provides.
It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, reliability, and deep compassion the way Woo does. He’s gone above and beyond for us. He’s been such a gift to our little family, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
– Client
Woo was an excellent dog sitter! He was able to accommodate my last-minute request during the holidays and went above and beyond to ensure my dog was well cared for. Living in the same area made it convenient, and he dropped in three times a day to walk and check on my dog. Woo kept me updated with pictures and videos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. I highly recommend Woo to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again in the future!
