Paws of Pride offers customized training programs with an in-home training approach. Their services include basic and advanced obedience, puppy training, off-leash training, behavior shaping and modification, and training for aggressive canines.
They also provide specialized training in basic and advanced detection and tracking, socialization, acclimation, reactivity training, recall, and boundary training. The programs focus on teaching canines commands such as off, drop, stay, sit, down, and hand commands.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
An initial Meet & Greet/consultation fee is non-refundable. All training programs, sessions, and classes require full payment on or before the first session.
Clients can upgrade plans by paying the difference between their current and desired plans. A 5% discount may be offered for cash payments. All credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App transactions are subject to a 3% merchant fee. A Military & First Responders discount is offered on all programs and training.
Policies
The initial Meet & Greet/consultation fee is non-refundable. Travel is limited to a 30-mile radius; anything outside this limit may be subject to cancellation or additional charges.
All training programs, sessions, and classes require payment on or before the first session. Clients can upgrade plans by paying the difference. Either party has the right to terminate the agreement with written notice due to violation of terms, death or disability of either party, or inability to perform in accordance with the agreement.

Paws of Pride, LLC is a veteran-owned and operated professional dog training business with over 20 years of experience. They pride themselves on providing personable, professional, and courteous services, aiming to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
The business offers customized training programs with an in-home training approach, ensuring individual attention for each pet. Their training techniques are designed to promote positive reinforcement and build long-lasting relationships between owners and their canine companions.
The founder and Head Trainer, Brian, has extensive experience, including 7 years of military service as a Military Working Dog Handler, Trainer, and Instructor. He has worked with various government organizations, private contractors, and local police departments within the canine community.
Paws of Pride focuses on teaching canines to respect their families, environment, and society, striving for “excellence through understanding” in their training, guidance, and handling techniques. They offer invaluable and fully customizable training services in and around the Greater Cleveland area.
Accomplishments
The Head Trainer and founder, Brian, is a veteran with over 20 years of experience in dog training. He joined the U.S. Navy in July 2002 and graduated from the Military Working Dog Handlers Course two years later.
During his 7 years of military service, Brian served as a Military Working Dog Handler stationed in Guam, including a 6-month deployment to Iraq with his Military Working Dog, Brit. He also served as a Military Working Dog Trainer and Instructor at Lackland Air Force Base, training canines and instructing students. Since 2009, Brian has worked extensively with multiple government organizations, private contractors, and local police departments within the canine community.
