Training begins with an initial evaluation, followed by customized programs including puppy socialization, obedience levels from beginner to advanced (CGC, CGCA, CGCU), reactivity support via Reactionless Round Rock DIY group practices, and full service dog training from selection to public access testing. Private sessions are available for tailored goals. All programs use force-free, fear-free methods.

Pricing Summary
Initial evaluation is $300. Group classes (Charisma, Constitution, Intellience, Strength, Dexterity, Wisdom) are $300 each. Private one-on-one sessions are $150/hour. CGC, CGCA, CGCU, and Public Access tests are $25 each. Financial assistance is available.

They offer service dog training for disabilities including medical alert, psychiatric, and mobility support, as well as therapy dog training, reactivity modification, behavior correction, obedience training, and puppy socialization. Their approach emphasizes building strong owner-dog relationships and follows guidelines from AVSAB and AVMA. They provide training in multiple settings including the trainer’s home, clients’ homes, outdoors, pet-friendly locations, and via video call. They also offer financial assistance to make training accessible across income levels.
Rachell, a CPDT-KA and FFCP, has personal experience with chronic disabilities and founded the business to fill a gap in affordable, ethical service dog training. Rachell Hayes is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) and Fear Free Certified Professional (FFCP).
