Deanna Meyer holds a BA in Psychology and MA in Teaching, is a former CPDT-KA certified trainer (recertification pending), and is a qualified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, Service Dog Public Access Evaluator, and Alliance of Therapy Dogs Evaluator. She is an experienced puppy raiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind and Assistance Dogs of Hawaii, an AKC Labrador Retriever Champion Pedigree Breeder, and the author and creator of the Pono Puppy Method. She has over 20 years of experience in equine and canine training programs.
