Accomplishments

Marlene Ring is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and a Professional Premium Member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). She is a graduate of Pat Miller’s Peaceable Paws Intern Academy, Levels I and II, and an approved apprentice trainer for Animal Behavior College.

Marlene is a member of Therapy Animals of San Antonio and has had Golden Retriever and Australian Shepherd therapy dogs. She has volunteered and fostered for the Great Pyrenees Rescue, competed in Agility, Obedience, and Conformation, and taught Flyball and classes for the 4-H Dog Project. She is also an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and has completed the Red Cross Pet First Aid Class.

Her personal passion for positive dog training methods began in 2000.
