Pawsitively Trained offers a variety of programs including FOCUS Groups (live virtual mini-courses with discussions, guest speakers, and video playlists) and Self-Study Webinars (pre-recorded, available anytime). The core offering is the FOCUS on Your Dog Membership, which provides access to all FOCUS Groups, Webinars, an extensive step-by-step video library, and additional content on skills like loose leash, social, recall, relaxation, and separation.
The FOCUS on Puppies Program is a 3-month program for puppies under 5 months, including 5 in-person Puppy Pre-K Group Course sessions, 3 puppy drop-off AfterSchool Program sessions for socialization, 3 months of the FOCUS on Dogs Membership, 3 Monthly Member’s Support Group live Zoom Q&A sessions, 3 in-person Monthly Member’s Meet-Ups, and instant access to puppy-focused webinars.
Owner Coaching includes Private Training (custom plans, virtual or in-studio for members), Group Training (for puppies and members-only events), and Training Walks (trainer works with dog without owner present). Self-Study Learning provides access to a video and handouts library in the “Training Hub” for self-paced learning. All services are designed to be combined for a comprehensive training approach.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
The Monthly Membership costs $69/month and includes access to the video library, monthly virtual Q&A, monthly social outing, and a 20% discount on private training and training walks. Private training sessions are $120/session, and Training Walks are $100/walk. Group training prices vary. The FOCUS on Puppies Program is $165/month for 3 months, totaling $495. Members receive a 20% discount on private training and training walks. Cancellation, no-show, and return policies are detailed in their Waiver of Liability and Policies.
Policies
For group training, clients must notify the business via text or email if they cannot attend; there are no makeup sessions for missed group training, though Puppy Pre-K includes self-study material. If the trainer cancels a class, clients will be rescheduled. For all other services, sessions or memberships can be canceled through the client portal, but rescheduling may take time due to a full schedule. Detailed cancellation, no-show, and return policies are available in their Waiver of Liability and Policies.

Pawsitively Trained, LLC is a dog training business owned and operated by Kelsey Weber since 2013. They offer a comprehensive training program designed to help dog owners create well-behaved canine companions through efficient, easy-to-implement, humane, and effective methods.

Kelsey Weber is a Certified Dog Trainer and Licensed Family Dog Mediator, passionate about continued education and using humane, scientifically updated methods. She founded Paws for Responders, LLC in 2019, a sister company that raises and trains therapy facility dogs for emergency responders.
Accomplishments
Kelsey Weber is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA), an Animal Behavior College Certified Dog Trainer (ABCDT) who graduated with honors, a Licensed Family Dog Mediator (LFDM-T), and an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. She is a professional member of the Pet Professional Guild (PPG) and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT), and also a Professional Member of The Modern Dog Trainer. She majored in Agricultural Sciences and Education with a concentration in Animal Science at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Her experience includes working as a dog trainer and mentor trainer for Petco, raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, and founding Paws for Responders, LLC in 2019, which trains therapy facility dogs for emergency responders. She has worked in the industry for nearly two decades, starting Pawsitively Trained, LLC in 2013.
How to Get Started!
To get started, clients can take the “Which Program is Best” Quiz to determine their ideal training plan. A Virtual Private Session is generally recommended as a starting point for a direct discussion with Kelsey. New puppy owners are advised to enroll in the FOCUS on Puppies Program early due to limited spots. Non-members can book services, enroll in memberships, or self-study courses directly. Pack Members can log into their Training Hub to book discounted services.
